About Built Right Custom Homes

Built Right Custom Homes of NC is owned and operated by Troy and Susan Warner and has been building new homes in the following cities and counties of the Piedmont Triad of North Carolina for more than six years: Winston Salem, Clemmons, Lewisville, Pfafftown, King, Forsyth County, Davie County, Davidson County, Stokes County, Iredell County, Yadkin County & Rowan County.

Troy is a North Carolina Accredited Master Builder, a Certified Green Professional, and sits onthe Board of Directors of the Home Builders Association of Winston-Salem Forsyth County. He also chairs the Vocational Education Committee, which partners with Forsyth Tech and the Career Center to provide quality building education and Habitat for Humanity involvement in the Winston-Salem area. He personally manages all phases of each and every project from plan design and pricing to closing.

Susan holds a B.A. in Business Management from NC State University and has 15 years of business management and marketing experience. She runs Built Rights business office and is also available to assist customers.
